The Day-Of Plan consists of working with our client to plan a timeline for their "Big Day" and making sure that everything runs smoothly throughout their day.  I will meet with the client to discuss what they wish to take place on the day of their wedding and will confirm everything with their various vendors before the wedding day.  I will attend the Rehearsal Dinner the night before and do a "run through" of the ceremony and coordinate everything with the person performing the ceremony..  On the wedding day, we will make sure that all vendors are set-up and ready for the day on time, and i will be at the ceremony location 1 1/2 hours before it starts then proceed to the reception location to make sure everything is ready for the guests arrival and the Bridal Party entrance!  The Day-Of Plan is perfect for the bride that wants to make sure that everything is stress-free and runs smoothly on the day of their wedding  and gives them the ability to simply "live in the moment" and enjoy seeing "their dreams become reality".

The Preferred Step-Up Package consists of everything that The Day-Of Plan offers but goes one-step further.  Not only will we contact vendors and make the appointments, we will also go to all the appointments to make it a little less stressful for the bride/event host and to help make decisions and more actively participate in negotiation of costs, lend our expertise, etc.  We will also do a timeline of when everything needs done and set-up reminder notices to confirm details when necessary.

The Complete Planning Experience consists of everything offered above, as well as the details and little steps to get started.  We will help with colors, themes, offer guidance with décor, vendors associated with decorating, invitations, party rentals, tent rentals, limousine and transportation, etc.  Our brides/event hosts will feel completely involved with every step of the planning and we will handle all the details.  With The Complete Planning Experience, we will be there for all the meetings, the rehearsals (if applicable) and the big day.  We will keep everything running smoothly and will "Make all your dreams become reality"!

Our Custom Contract would allow flexibility where one of the three options above does not fit our clients specific situation.  For example, if our client wants help planning an event (baby/wedding shower, anniversary/holiday party, golf outing, etc) our client might need help organizing a gift exchange or arranging for employees to travel in from other states but doesn’t need help with florists and photographers.

​​The Budget Plan consists of working with our client in making a budget for the big day, contacting preferred vendors and making appointments for our client to tour venues, taste cakes, and meet with florists, photographers, videographers, DJs, transportation, and other service providers, as needed.  This plan would help our client get started and have a plan in motion.  The Budget Plan is perfect for a bride/event host that wants to do it themselves but is not sure how to get started.
